More about F Coaxial Connector
In two ways: IP67 waterproof type: Equipped with silicone rubber sealing ring (resistant to rain/splash) External protection: Wrap the interface with waterproof tape or heat shrink tubing.
As the television signal transmission system (from the camera to the terminal) adopts the 75Ω standard impedance throughout the process, impedance mismatch will lead to: Signal reflection loss (> 15% power loss) Double images/snowflakes appear in high-definition pictures.
Male head: With a center pin + external thread (screwed into the equipment port) Female head: with center hole + internal thread (interface at the equipment end) Note: The male thread is actually a metal sleeve, not a traditional external stud.
Absolutely prohibited! Impedance mismatch: 50Ω(TNC) vs 75Ω(F type) → Signal reflection loss > 30% Mechanical incompatibility: Different thread specifications.
